Professional Service Executive
• Responsible for coordinating cross-regional task management and platform customization between Nordic and NorthAm.
• Part of the professional services team and responsible for on-boarding new clients on the 24SevenOffice platform – new biz.
• Responsible for on-boarding and training of new clients.
• Accountable for set churn targets for new clients and clients up for renewal.
• Take ownership of your clients from the initial on-boarding call to go live date.
• Responsible for your own workday – with a focus on delivering on specific targets for each quarter.
• Work independently in a office and remote setting
Advantages but not requirements:
• 4-5 years of professional service experience from SaaS companies
• 2-3 Project Leader Experience
• Bachelor’s education or equivalent
• Likes to work in tech and is good at client handling
• Independent and likes to meet / chat with new people
• Working with Professional services.
• Work on a partially commission-based salary
• Able to work in NYC office and remotely on occasion and is motivated by that opportunity and flexibility.
